Mawusi Bush Lodge Payment Requirements and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment:

  • A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to secure a booking at Mawusi Bush Lodge. This deposit is due upon confirmation of your reservation.
  • The remaining balance of the reservation amount must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.

2. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
  • Cancellations made between 15 days and 29 days (inclusive) prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a 75% refund of all monies paid.
  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 14 days (inclusive) prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of all monies paid.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation amount.
