1. Payment:

• A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to secure a booking at Mawusi Bush Lodge. This deposit is due upon confirmation of your reservation.
• The remaining balance of the reservation amount must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your arrival date.

2. Cancellations:

• Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
• Cancellations made between 15 days and 29 days (inclusive) prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a 75% refund of all monies paid.
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 14 days (inclusive) prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of all monies paid.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation amount.

Please note: This cancellation policy applies to all reservations made at Mawusi Bush Lodge. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before booking your stay.

By making a reservation at Mawusi Bush Lodge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Payment Requirements and Cancellation Policy.
